Our DIZPER test case allows us to offer you a helium dispersion measurement service to verify and validate the safety concepts and response times of your hydrogen systems in a confined or semi-confined environment.
Our services cover a real-world test campaign, from the collection of leak scenarios to be reproduced to the validation of the effectiveness of your installation's concentration detection and ventilation system, with the aim of verifying the mitigation strategy in the event of a leak.
1. Generation of a controlled helium flow: reproduces the dispersion equivalent to a feared hydrogen leak (0.007 to 1.2 g/s H2).
2. Mapping of gas concentrations in the environment via a very rapid measurement.
3. Triggering of your gas detection system or safety loop by our case.
4. Observing your system's reaction to the leak
5. Recording of the variation and decrease in gas concentrations.
