Description
The zepp.X150 fuel cell system offers industry-leading power density and seamless integration for heavy-duty applications. As a turnkey solution, it minimizes engineering efforts and can be configured for rooftop, engine bay, or machine room installations. The scalable design allows multiple units to connect in parallel, delivering power up to multi-megawatt levels.
The X150 produces zero harmful emissions—only water and electricity—making it an environmentally friendly alternative to diesel engines. It features integrated energy and hydrogen storage management, real-time diagnostics, and remote monitoring, reducing operational costs and downtime.
With 150 kWe net power output, 51% efficiency at full load, and a design life of 25,000 hours, the X150 is a high-performance, robust solution. Commercially available since mid-2024, it is already powering the Europa H2 fuel cell truck and other heavy-duty applications.

About the vendor
zepp.solutions
Delft, Netherlands
Founded in 2017 as a spin-off from the TU Delft’s hydrogen racing team, Forze, zepp.solutions has rapidly grown into a leader in the European hydrogen fuel cell industry. Specializing in the design, development, and production of hydrogen fuel cell systems, zepp.solutions is dedicated to accelerating the transition to zero-emission technologies across a wide array of industries, from transportation to heavy-duty machinery.
Zepp.solutions’ product offerings include fully integrated, turnkey fuel cell systems designed for medium and heavy-duty applications. These systems contain all the hardware and software necessary to convert hydrogen gas into electricity at high efficiency, allowing for the electrification of trucks, ships, construction equipment, and more.
Zepp's Y50 and X150 modules offer a high power density and a large scope of integration, making them easier to integrate than other systems on the market.
Key applications of zepp’s fuel cell technology include the Rotterdam Watertaxi, construction excavators, and even semi-trucks designed for long-haul transportation. These solutions are already contributing to significant reductions in CO2 emissions, replacing polluting diesel engines with clean, hydrogen-powered alternatives. Each zepp system can prevent between 110 and 330 tons of CO2 emissions annually depending on its application.
